About the Managing Consultant

Trixie Olizon-Silerio is the managing consultant and owner of PeopleStrong. She is an AB Interdisciplinary Studies graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University with a Master’s degree in Business Management at the Asian Institute of Management. Aside from being a trainer and management consultant, she also taught in the Masters in Entrepreneurship Program of the AIM (2003-2007), having coached more than 75 entrepreneurs in finding their business vision, articulating their objectives and developing strategies.

She is a certified coach by the Results Coaching group of Australia and has delivered leadership and teambuilding programs to industry leaders such as Metrobank Card Corporation, Robinsons Retail Holdings, Shakey's, International Container Terminal Services Inc., Diageo Philippines, Department of Foreign Affairs, and the Aboitiz Group.
